...we have several things happening for youth/teenagers.

Friday Drop-in  Every week we have a drop in at the Torry Youth Centre on Oscar Road.  Pop in for a game of pool, table tennis, use the computers/internet and have a chat.  Occassionally there is a game of football for the lads.  This project is run in partnership with Aberdeen City Council and Aberdeen Citadel Corps of The Salvation Army.

Football  Every Tuesday from 9pm, some of the lads get together for a game of football at Torry Youth Centre.

Re:source  is a weekly life group on Wednesdays for teenagers intested in exploring Jesus and what it means to live the Christian life.  Every week we have a different focus under four titles:

  • re:source chill - chance to meet up, have a chat, eat some food, play a game or something like that
  • re:source DSG - stands for 'Do Something Good', and this is our social action night...getting involved in making a difference in our community and beyond
  • re:source sound - get to gether for a session of music
  • re:source connect - gettng to grips with the bible, life, God, Jesus, the world and what it all means (all with necessary food of course)

We also go the occassional bowling trip, have the odd barbeque and other events.

We have plans to develop a youth mentoring project in the near future.  Watch our 'community' page for that.
